My name is Tessa Maagdenberg, a contemporary visual artist helping others discover their innate creativity!

''It is my mission to share my knowledge about art making and to uplift and inspire others to be and get creative. As everybody has the ability to make art. I am here to help empower you to discover your innate creativity. Art is a way to connect to others, yourself and to the world around you. It has the power to heal. Let me guide you through the process and help you find your own creative voice."

"My time with Tessa in her studio was absolutely excellent. We focused on gel plate printing and abstract collage, which was what I had requested. Along the way, I learned a dozen things that I hadn't known regarding materials and methods. Tessa's own work is really gorgeous and is prominently displayed in her studio. It, like Tessa herself, was a source of inspiration and instruction. Tessa's studio is well stocked with every imaginable need as well as an extensive art library. I loved that we got right down to business. Tessa had a plan for me, and we executed it. And as promised, there were snacks and tea and coffee. Tessa is an accomplished artist and teacher; and she is a kind-hearted person. I loved being in her presence. It's possible to stay with Tessa in her guest room. I did not choose to do that because I was traveling with my daughter. I think it would have been lovely to stay with Tessa, and I would recommend it --even though I didn't do it. The neighborhood is walkable with a multitude of restaurants nearby."
